All orders are shipped in plain mailing boxes. There are no logos or names to give away the contents of the package to those nosey neighbors.

All returns are for replacement or store credit only.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Due to the speed of our Club’s Connoisseurs once your order is submitted it goes into processing immediately and cannot be altered or cancelled. If you do not want this package once it arrives please contact our Customer Support team for further instructions on how to return this order. Email: support@thelubeclub.com

Our online system automatically calculates the cost of each order based on numerous factors such as: weight, size of package and shipping destination. We ship primarily through UPS & USPS because we TRUST them to be timely, professional, offer detailed tracking information and the package is insured.

Your privacy is very important to us and the listing of “TLC Merch” is the only description that will appear on your credit card statement.

If you need to change the quantity of an item, start by clicking on the “Tote” icon located in the top right corner of the website. After the pop-up window has appeared, click on the edit cart button. This will take you to shopping cart page. To edit the quantity of an item in your cart, click the subtraction or addition buttons next to the product name, or alternatively, click the X button to remove the item from the cart. Now you can either continue shopping by clicking on the “continue shopping” link or proceed to our secure checkout system by clicking on the Proceed To Checkout button.

Here at The Lube Club, we run the SLICKEST shipping operation on in sheets. We ship over 99 percent of our orders COMPLETE. The Lube Club uses UPS & USPS as our preferred carrier for our shipments. Typically orders placed before 5pm Tuesday thru Friday ship the same day. However, during Sale Events and Holidays orders can take up to 3 business days to process. Orders placed after 6pm on Friday thru Monday will be slightly delayed 1-2 business days. Currently none of our UPS & USPS options deliver on weekends, not even on our expedited shipping options. Please note that UPS cannot ship to a PO Box, nor do we ship to APO/FPO addresses. As an alternate, UPS Surepost/ Mail Innovations will hand your package over to USPS for delivery.
